A: All jobs are measured  and quoted. The price is based on the customer brief, materials chosen, labour and access to the roof

A: Work can be done at anytime of the year , it's our responsibility to make sure the property is safe against bad weather.

A: Covering items with a sheet should be fine as there can be dust created through the work , but please remove anything of value to prevent accidental damage

A: Most jobs are completed within a given time frame but bad weather will always delay a job.

A: Scaffolds are an essential part of the job, not only do they  provide access to the roof they are critical for the safe working of the tradesmen.

A: As soon as a job is coming to a close the scaffolding contractor is informed and the next available date is booked. Scaffolding contractors are also delayed by bad weather. We keep you up to date with delays.

A: By law consumers have a 14 day cooling off period.Sometimes we are instructed to start jobs within that time , if a customers has reservations at any time, all we ask is that we are informed as soon as possible so purchases are not made for your job.
